Description:
EINSTEIN guides companies on that way towards an efficient and sustainable production process. EINSTEIN is a methodology that works out energy efficient solutions for production process based on renewable energy sources. This will lead to a significant reduction of operating costs.

EINSTEIN proposed a standardised methodology for fast high quality thermal energy audits. EINSTEIN worked out energy efficient solutions based on energy saving and renewable energy sources thanks to an intelligent and comprehensive supporting software tool. The EINSTEIN tool-kit includes a software tool with decision aids and guidelines to support the user through the whole assessment procedure from auditing (preparation of visit and data acquisition), over data processing, to the elaboration, design and quantitative (energetic and economic) evaluation of potential saving alternatives.

In order to ensure a wide impact on energy and costs reduction trough EINSTEIN, training courses on how to use the EINSTEIN tool-kit were organized in 6 countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Spain. In addition, dissemination workshops were  organised in these selected countries.
