The “3rd European Renewable Energy Policy Conference” on 16-17 November 2009 in Brussels was organised by EREC (the European Renewable Energy Council) in co-operation with the Swedish EU Presidency. The Conference provided an opportunity for the sharing of ideas, for discussion and for interaction between the Renewable Energy Industry and the newly formed EU Institutions. The organisers expected at least 800 relevant stakeholders from all over the world to be present at this two day policy event which provided industry experts and policy makers with the latest information.
