COGEN Europe’s Office in Brussels is the central contact point and management facility for the organisation. The office currently employs 4 staff involved in a wide range of functions such as:
- Representing the interests of COGEN Europe members and of the cogeneration sector on the whole vis-à-vis the EU Institutions and other important organisations and institutions
- Organisation the COGEN Europe Annual Conference, the world’s largest annual cogeneration event in the calendar
- Organisation of otherevents, such as workshops and trainings
- Production of COGEN Europe publications
- Participation in international research and promotional projects
- Organisation of COGEN Europe’s Executive Committee and the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Coordination of five internal Working Groups
