COGEN Europe Call for Tender on PACE Communication Services

COGEN Europe is seeking to appoint a Communication Agency to assist in the development and implementation of a communication strategy for the PACE project.

PACE is a major initiative aimed at ensuring that the European micro-CHP sector makes the next move to mass market commercialisation. The project, which will run between 2016 and 2021, will deploy a total of 2,650 new fuel cell micro-CHP units with real customers and monitor them for an extended period.

The objective of this call for tenders is to appoint a professional communication agency with the explicit brief to implementation plans derived from the project communication strategy. This strategy will target the domestic heating sector supply chain for the duration of the PACE project, with the objective of developing the markets for the large scale uptake of fuel cell micro-CHP in Europe.

The tasks to be undertaken by the communications agency are twofold. On one hand, they concern the finalisation of the PACE Communication Strategy, covering the period 2016-2021, and supporting its implementation to a certain extent. And on the other hand, the deliverables relate to developing implementation plans that involve the PACE partners, leveraging their existing networks and based on their commitments to delivering the PACE communication objectives. In view of enabling the PACE project partners to play an active role in the implementation of the project’s communication strategy, the agency is expected to prepare annual implementation plans derived from the high level strategy, delegate tasks to the PACE consortium members and oversee their activities.

Deadline to apply: Friday, 18 November 2016.
