COGEN Europe's comments on two European Commission proposals for the third phase of the Emissions Trading System

COGEN Europe looks forward to the publication of the Carbon Market report and its associated proposal. We encourage that the European Commission works on alternatives that provide more predictable carbon prices in the medium-long run.
